At A360°CRM AI, we’re confident in the ability of our Voice AI Agents to deliver real results when fully used. If you commit to using the platform, applying our training, and engaging with the tools we provide — and still don’t see progress — we offer a 14-Day Guarantee to back you up.

If you subscribe, complete onboarding, use the system daily, and still don’t see measurable results within the first 14 days, we’ll refund your monthly subscription — no questions asked.

Note: Usage-based fees (including, but not limited to, minutes purchased or consumed) are non-refundable.

📋 What You Need To Do to Qualify for a Refund:

To keep this fair and results-focused, the following steps must be completed:

1. Use the Platform Daily

Spend at least 1 hour per day actively using the system — testing workflows, launching real campaigns, creating or editing voice agents, and exploring tools. Our users who see the most success treat this like part of their business routine.

2. Complete the Onboarding Program

You must complete the onboarding course and actively engage with the resources provided. If you haven’t completed the training or participated in the community, you won’t qualify for the guarantee.

3. Request Within 14 Days

If, after putting in the work and following the training, you still don’t see value, email our support team within 14 days of your sign-up date to request your refund. If approved, your monthly subscription will be fully refunded (usage fees excluded).

You logged in briefly, watched a few videos, and gave up.

You never used the tools, didn’t build a workflow, or didn’t engage.

You email for a refund without putting in the effort or meeting the criteria above.

💳 Payment Cancellation Policy

All payments made after the 14-Day Guarantee period are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions may not be canceled mid-term outside of this window. By enrolling, you agree to pay all remaining installments and fulfill your payment agreement in full.

Failure to do so may result in your account being sent to collections. If this occurs, you’ll be responsible for any legal or collection fees incurred. We take our obligations seriously — and we expect the same in return.

🔁 No Swaps or Exchanges

All purchases are final. Switching between products, plans, or services is not allowed. To change your product or use case, you must purchase a new plan and follow onboarding for that specific configuration.

🔒 Final Payment & Refund Terms

All payments made to A360°CRM AI (or its affiliated entities) are final and non-refundable unless explicitly covered by the 14-Day Guarantee. Deposits are also non-refundable and not subject to chargebacks.

By purchasing, you agree not to request a chargeback for any payments made. If a chargeback is initiated, it will be considered a material breach of this agreement and your access to all services will be terminated immediately. We reserve the right to recover all fees and damages associated with pursuing collection or legal resolution.
