  • Conversation AI: $0.021 per message

  • WhatsApp Conversation: $0.148 per WhatsApp conversation

  • Reviews AI: $0.16 per review response

PURCHASE POLICY

Payment Terms

All payments for subscriptions are processed via Stripe at the time of purchase. For monthly subscriptions, charges occur on the same day each month based on your initial subscription date. Annual subscriptions are charged on the anniversary date each year.

Billing Information

Accurate billing information must be provided at the time of purchase. All billing details are managed securely through Stripe, ensuring your information is protected.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder notification 7 days before the renewal.

Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first purchase of a monthly or annual subscription. If you are not satisfied with our service within this period, please contact our support team at [email protected] to request a refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

No Refunds on Usage-Based Charges

Charges incurred from usage, such as calls, messages, and premium actions, are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel a subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged again.

Refund Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for renewals, except where required by law.
